This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for such a comfortable stay. Additionally, the attention to detail was impressive, from the unique lobby that my child loved to the warm welcome we received from the front desk staff. The location of the hotel was also perfect, being situated in a commercial area that provided easy access to the Falls at Wichita and several restaurants. Furthermore, the rooms on the third floor, with their king beds and views of the falls, were simply delightful. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was wonderful, with a special shout-out to the talented cook who prepared such delicious meals.

Everything was great, no improvements necessary.

The air conditioner in my room did not wrk, I mentioned it in front of the staff downstairs and they did nothing to help. Made for a very uncomfortable night, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the temperature made it hard to sleep

bed was spacious, and the staff was friendly. there was a pool to enjoy. we could freely use free wifi.

We would recommend this place again, it's very close to main attractions like Lake Kickapoo.

Clean room comfy bed good buffet breakfast

We found out last minute that our son would be able to stay with us. They were very accommodating and offered a new room or offered a roll away bed be brought up. We really appreciated their helpfulness and willingness to make our stay successful. We had the same situation at a competitor recently and they were not as helpful. We would stay at a Holiday Inn again for this reason. The front desk was very helpful.

the hotel was conveniently located right off I-44, making it easy to access. the room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. the service was friendly and check-in was a breeze. the breakfast in the dining room was reasonably priced and the food was served hot and in a timely manner. I had a positive experience at this hotel.

The hotel could use some updating in terms of its facilities.

Bathroom was clean and set up with all the amenities.

Maintenance had to be called twice for TV to work and dining room food was cold when served. Elevator was slow.

The location. We were traveling frm Santa Fe to Houston and the Holiday Inn happened to be half way of our thirteen hours driving.

Personnel was habsolutely unprepared and unaware that our room reservation did include also.the cost of breakfast.

The walls were quite thin and the noise from other guests could be heard at times. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it was sufficient.
